1 General Terms

3 Eligibility and Age Requirement

All take services are exclusively for individuals aged 21 or above. No person under the age of 21 may register or participate in any betting activity on this platform.

At the time of registration, national ID (NID), birth certificate, or passport details may be requested for age verification. Failure to provide proof of age may result in restricted account access.

To use take's services, the member must be a resident of Bangladesh and must comply with all applicable local laws.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on take is ৳200 (per method). Currently supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Each deposit must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.

4.3 Verification Process

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal. take may request necessary documents for identity and payment verification. Delays in the withdrawal process may occur due to incomplete or mismatched information.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

In the event of any suspicious financial activity or fraudulent transactions, take reserves the right to temporarily suspend the relevant account during investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement to be met will be ৳10,000. A bonus should never be treated as free money.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

take regularly offers various promotions, such as weekly deposit rewards and weekend reload offers. Each promotion has its own terms and wagering requirements, which are detailed on the bonus page.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or household is prohibited.
• Before the wagering requirement for a bonus is met, bets must be placed using the combined balance of the account's main funds and the bonus.
• Making a withdrawal before the wagering requirement for any bonus is met will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• take reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Verify all details before placing a bet — odds, amount, and event details. take reserves the right to cancel bets automatically accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

6.2 Prohibited Betting Activity

Any form of match fixing, unethical coordination, or fraudulent betting is strictly prohibited. Involvement in such activity will result in permanent account closure and all funds may be forfeited.

6.3 System Errors

take is not responsible for odds or results displayed incorrectly due to technical issues or server errors. In such situations, take will determine the outcome of the bet at its own discretion.

7 Security and Privacy

take uses SSL encryption technology to keep members' personal and financial information secure. Full details of how your information is collected, stored, and used are available in our Privacy Policy.

Members' personal information is not sold to third parties. However, information may be shared with relevant authorities where required by law, for fraud prevention, or for security purposes.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting unauthorised access to take's systems.
• Using malware, viruses, or harmful software.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 take's Rights

take reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any member's account in the following cases:

• Violating the age requirement.

8.2 Closure at Member's Own Request

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
